Our team will carefully review your application and if approved, you'll receive an email confirming your acceptance along with some promotion assets to help you get started. For denials, we will also email you that your request has been rejected.
Upon acceptance, you'll receive access to your own affiliate dashboard where you can manage your links and coupons. When customers purchase using your link or coupon, sales are credited to you. Even if customers don't order on their first visit, your affiliate cookie is stored in their browser — so you still earn commissions when they later purchase, as long as the cookie hasn't expired.
Affiliates get paid directly to the payment account of their choice, or with discounts converted from Store Credit. Payout is available once you've earned a minimum of £50 in commission.
When you successfully bring in orders, we review these and pay commissions on an agreed basis — either after each successful referral, when your balance reaches £50, or on a regular schedule. This will be confirmed upon acceptance.
